1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the website at www.fusionblocksolutions.com and utilizing the services provided by FusionBlock Integrated Solutions LLC (“FusionBlock,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. SMS/Text Messaging Terms (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in via our web forms, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from FusionBlock Integrated Solutions LLC regarding appointment reminders, callback alerts, and operational notifications. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Text “STOP” to our toll-free number. After sending “STOP” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. You will no longer receive SMS messages from us after that point. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially.

FusionBlock provides operational automation, AI-agent integration (CallPost), and executive consulting for specialty trade contractors. Our services are designed to streamline project management and lead capture. We are not a marketing firm. Our tools are strictly for internal operational efficiency and customer care.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of FusionBlock Integrated Solutions LLC and its licensors.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall FusionBlock, nor its directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of the service.
